Laois Olympian to receive Hall of Fame Award

Laois native Frank Moore will receive the Hall of Fame award at the Garda Sports-Star Awards tomorrow night

Frank won 14 Irish senior rowing titles, represented Ireland at two Olympic games and four World Championships and carried the flag at the 1976 Olympics

As a cyclist he also won the Irish veteran championships and represented Ireland at the European Police Games
