Munster and Ulster teams named for Heineken Cup Quarters



Having recovered from concussion Luke Marshall returns to the Ulster team at inside centre for their quarter final with Saracens tomorrow at Twickenham.

Ian Henderson replaces Robbie Diack in the back row while Tommy Bowe is on the bench for the first time since December after recovering from the knee injury he picked up against Northampton.

Ulster XV - (15-9): J Payne, A Trimble, D Cave, L Marshall, C Gilroy, P Jackson, R Pienaar;
(1-8): T Court, R Best, J Afoa, J Muller (c), D Tuohy, I Henderson, C Henry, N Williams;
Replacements (16-23): R Herring, C Black, R Lutton, R Diack, M McComish, P Marshall, S Olding, T Bowe.


Simon Zebo has been passed fit to start on the left wing for Munster in Sunday's Quarter Final with Harlequins at the Stoop but Dougie Howlett is out

Howlett's injury means that Denis Hurley starts on the right wing

Internationals Conor Murray, Peter O’Mahony and Donnacha Ryan all start with Ryan partnering Paul O'Connell in the second row
