First team debut for Smith

Delvin's Connor Smith made his first team debut for Watford in their 3-2 win over Crystal Palace in the Championship this afternoon The Ireland Under 19 international was brought on in the second half by manager Gianfranco Zola. Smith, who was a finalist in the Sky's 'Football's Next Star' tv show, was on loan as Wealdstone last season.
